General Terms of Service

Welcome to Italian RP Bot! By using this bot, you agree to the following terms:

  2. Italian RP Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  3. You agree not to use Italian RP Bot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
  4. Italian RP Bot is not affiliated with Discord Inc. The Discord logo and name are trademarks of Discord Inc.
  5. We reserve the right to suspend or ban users from using Italian RP Bot at our discretion.
  6. The bot may collect basic data necessary for its functions, such as user IDs and server IDs, but it does not store sensitive personal information.
  7. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of Italian RP Bot.
  8. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bot means acceptance of the new Terms.

Terms of Service for Paid Services

Welcome to the Terms of Service governing the paid services provided by Italian RP Bot. By purchasing or using our paid services, you agree to comply fully with the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using or purchasing our paid services.

1. Legal Framework

Our services are offered and regulated under Article 1470 of the Italian Civil Code, Directive 2000/31/EC, and Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 of the European Parliament and Council.

2. Warranty and Support

Every purchase comes with a guaranteed service support period of 30 days, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the service. Additionally, technical assistance is provided for 60 days post-purchase to address any service-related issues.

3. Refund Policy

Our staff is under no obligation to issue refunds. Any refund requests will be evaluated solely at our discretion and may be accepted or declined without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Package Modifications

The packages we sell are offered “as is” (viewed and approved). Any modifications or customizations to these packages may only be considered at our sole discretion and might incur additional charges.

5. Principles of Equality and Morality

The server and services operate based on principles of equality, respect, and moral integrity. We strictly reject any behavior that undermines the dignity or self-esteem of others and reserve the right to take appropriate action against such conduct.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the bot owner’s place of residence.
